Licence-Level Responsibility
As the holder of AFSL 258057, Proprietary & Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd retains responsibility for ensuring that authorised financial services are provided in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and applicable regulatory requirements.
CARs operate within this framework but do not assume licence-level responsibility.
Governance Framework
Proprietary & Fiduciary Services maintains documented governance and compliance arrangements designed to support its obligations as an AFSL holder. These arrangements are not publicly disclosed in full.
They address matters including organisational competence, supervision of authorised representatives, conflicts management, recordkeeping, incident escalation and regulatory reporting.
Indicative Oversight Structure
The following illustrates the high-level governance structure applied to authorised representatives. Detailed procedures and controls are not published publicly.

Supervision and Monitoring
CARs are subject to supervision and monitoring appropriate to the nature, scale and complexity of their authorised activities.
The form and intensity of supervision applied to any CAR is determined by the Licensee in accordance with its obligations under law and may change over time.
Incident and Breach Escalation
CARs are required to notify the Licensee of matters that may affect compliance with financial services laws or licence conditions.
Assessment, escalation and any external reporting are managed by the Licensee in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
Training and Competence
CARs and any authorised individuals are required to maintain appropriate competence to perform authorised activities and to comply with applicable training and conduct requirements imposed by the Licensee.
Confidentiality and Access to Information
Detailed governance documents, procedures and appointment terms are provided following an initial consultation and subject to confidentiality and regulatory considerations.
